Aesthetic Luxury Spa Policies

 

At Aesthetic Luxury Spa, we are committed to providing you with a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following policies:

 

1. Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice Required  
  Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
 

- Same-Day Cancellations  
  Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

 

- No-Shows  
  Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment without a refund or credit.

 

- Late Arrivals  
  Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened or forfeited, depending on availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for any missed time.

 

2. No Refunds Policy
- All service and treatment payments are non-refundable. Once a service is rendered, the fee is considered final.

- Pre-paid packages or memberships are also non-refundable, although they can be used for services within the designated timeframe.

3. Deposits
- Any deposits collected for appointments are only deposits and will be applied to the total bill for the services rendered. 

 

4. Membership Cancellations
- Clients may cancel their membership at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable.
